Some days, I just feel like my prayers are answered!  I have recently been feeling like I am on an island regarding fitness and gluten problems.  What works for others to be lean doesn’t work for me.  I have been called a liar by trainers, saying thats I cheat on the lean diet.  But the truth is those of us with wheat/gluten issues have fitness challenges unlike other people.  I have followed this trainer for years.  She graduated from my college and she has recently discovered she is a celiac.  I am so happy she is discussing how food issues impact fitness for those of us that suffer from food intolerances.  Until now, I didn’t think anyone else understood.
